Updating the ownership of an Icelandic horse represents a vital part of USIHC's mission statement: To keep a Registry of purebred Icelandic Horses in the United States.

How to transfer your Icelandic horse's ownership

Upon the purchase of a USIHC registered Icelandic horse, you will want to make sure you have the following items:

1. Original USIHC Certificate of Registration signed by the seller(s)
2. Fill out the Transfer of Ownership application OR the back of the original Certificate of Registration.
3. Payment or proof of PayPal payment

The USIHC Registry accepts PayPal and checks for all registration transactions that require payment of a fee. Please make checks payable to USIHC Registry.
